Cancellation terms

We do not charge extra if the customer cancels a reservation 7 days before and in this case we refund all prepaid amount. The charge for cancel reservation in the last 7 days is 10% of the booking amount.

Driving License

Valid national driving license is required, issued at least one year before the beginning of the rental period. For customers who are from a country out of the EU an International Driving License is required

Minimum Age

Drivers must be over 23 years old.

Unlimited Free kilometers

There is no daily kilometers limit.

Driver Service Airport-port-hotel

At your request, you can have the car delivered at the airport / port or directly to your hotel. At departure you can leave the car at your hotel or at the airport / port.

Full comprehensive insurance

We provide the most competitive full insurance service on the market including: Fully comprehensive insurance, collision damage waver without excess (c.d.w.) Full cover for Fire - Theft - Wheels - Tires - Windows - Mirrors and Damages under the car.

Ρersonal Αccident Ιnsurance for all passengers

The customer should not violate the regulations of the traffic low or any other regulations in force, in order for the C.D.W. to be applied (such as dangerous, careless or negligent driving, off road driving, or driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol). The company must be immediately notified from the incident place.

Vehicle replacement in case of breakdown

We replace your car with a new one in case of breakdown.

A second driver to the contract for free

No additional charge for the second driver. Our prices are the lowest prices on the market including all possible services with no extra charge.

No extra charge for after midnight arrivals

You are not charged any extra cost in case your arrival at the airport / port is after midnight.

No extra charge on delay

You are not charged any extra in case your arrival at the airport / port is delayed.

Free baby and child seats

We offer the high security seats for babies and children.

GPS Navigation

At very low extra charge you can have navigation system with voice instructions in all languages.

Free road map of Crete

A free detailed road map of Crete is provided to our customers.

Free airport parking at the car delivery

When you leave the car at the airport or port parking point on departure day you are not charged any extra cost.

Lost keys

We have chip-coded car keys for all our cars. However, it takes time and money to replace them. Therefore, in case of lost keys the customer will be charged with 50 -100euros to replace the lost keys (depends on the car model) plus any associated transport and time costs to get the replacement keys.

Traffic Fines

Fines and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations during the rental period are at the renters expense.

Return of the vehicle before the end of the rental period

We do not refund any part of the payment amount, if the customer returns the vehicle earlier than the end of the rental period.

Driving and Geographic Restrictions

Our cars are rented to drive in Crete island only. They cannot be used off-road or on the beach. Damages from malicious or grossly negligent actions or to the underside of the car when you use it off road are not covered by the insurance.
